Moving to another country always means a big change for Japanese expatriates and their families. Not only the relocation to the new host country, but also the life in a new environment bears many challenges. The event will provide Employers taking care of Expats coming from Japan and all over the world with insights into the following topics:
- What challenges do Japanese Expats and their families face while living in Germany?
- How can the spouses and children of expats be supported to settle in into the new environment and make new social contacts?
- What activities and programs are there to support expats to settle in into their new work environment?
It will also be possible to bring your own cases and ask specific questions.
