Learning from intercultural co-leadership

Ritsumeikan students will present e-posters on December 12, 2024 from 5-6pm JST at the Learning Studio C272. They will provide answers to the questions are how co-leaders are reconciling cultural dilemmas managing an association with cross-cultural competence. Prof. Dr. Rolf D. Schlunze prepared students interviewing and evaluating the case of intercultural co-leadership. The DJW managing director and the DJW representative in Japan cooperated with the survey. Focus groups will discuss a) Flexibility & Relationships, b) Work-life Balance and c) Balancing Achievement and Collaboration. How to build a consensus through reconciliation in the real virtual intercultural teams (VITs) promoting the interculturality at the level of the DJW we like to discuss with participants on the spot and online.
