Developing a concept for DJW "mentors"
Most valuable asset within DJW are its experienced members and personal contacts. Our network is diverse and heterogeneous. How to make the different players within the network visible and addressable for those who are looking for support?
At the moment, DJW Head Office is sort of a “bottle neck”. Could, in the future, so called DJW “mentors” function as entry points? Our second meeting will focus on a concrete concept for DJW "mentors" and their key role within DJW.
The meeting will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams to enable our members from all locations, including Japan, to join. Spoken language will be English.
AGENDA
Aims of the meeting will be
- start developing a concrete concept for DJW “mentors” (role within DJW, code of conduct, communication guidelines)
- identification of potential mentors
