Shaping the future: Excelling in a Japanese Organization

In this advanced workshop, the aim is to enable change in Japanese organisations. As every company is different, the content is tailored to the needs of the participants. We assess the concrete topics of interest through a pre-course questionnaire. The training is carried out in small groups to ensure maximum time with the trainer to address specific issues.

Target group

Non-Japanese managers and executives that are involved in implementing change processes of various kinds (e.g. global integration) in their Japanese organisation on a local or global level.

You will have the opportunity to learn what you specifically need with the full attention of an experienced trainer.

First , we will analyse the situation in each company with regards to the “maturity level of actual global transformation”. Then we will look at everyone’s expectations and approach to bringing change to their Japanese organisations. Using many real life examples and exercises we will help create an individual and effective path to real transformation when collaborating with Japanese colleagues and management locally and at HQ level.
