Germany’s Saarland, located in the heart of Europe’s powerhouse, has the second highest industrial density in all of Germany. Pursuing the goal to a carbon neutral industry, the location consequently implements its hydrogen strategy. A change process opening a wide variety of opportunities along the entire Hydrogen value chain to investors.
Saarland's Prime Minister, Anke Rehlinger, will lead a group of key players from the hydrogen industry to present Saarland's current activities and potential in the hydrogen sector. In addition, a Japanese company will share their insights from their investment experiences in Germany.
In cooperation with gwSaar Saarland Economic Promotion Corporation and Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI), the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (AHK Japan) cordially invites interested parties to the German-Japanese Hydrogen Symposium 2023 in Tokyo to meet key players of Germany’s Saarland hydrogen industry. The participating companies and keynote speakers will introduce Saarland as a business location and present investment opportunities. The event is part of the GTAI program of Internationalization of Regions in Structural Change (ISW), funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
