European business strategies of successful Japanese companies in response to a rapidly changing economic environment

The business environment in Europe for Japanese companies has drastically changed over the last few years. Not only the current COVID-19 pandemic, but also Brexit, the US-Chinese trade conflict  or the rapid increase of electric mobility and IoT solutions have a large impact  on Japanese companies’ business activities. What can we learn from Japanese companies that successfully conduct their business in such a rapidly changing economic environment?

JETRO Düsseldorf would like to provide you with an overview of Japanese business in Europe by JETRO and to introduce the participants to some case studies from Japanese companies on how they organize their business in Europe.
