Introducing the consumer in 2035
Business Exchange | Community Event | German-Japanese Topics
Dentsu Hamburg
Alsterufer 3
20354 Hamburg
With today’s speed in tech innovation, it feels impossibe to predict how consumers will behave just 6 months from now. So let’s not waste our time trying but be even more ambitious: Projecting consumer behaviour in 2035! We throw everything into the ring: macro trends such as climate change and cultural shifts, technological progress (with a focus on AI, of course), changes in people's relationships with brands, and much more. We surveyed 20,000 people from 27 countries and spoke with 20 futurologists, and we are delighted to present the most important findings and trends.
Sign up for this joint event between Dentsu, DJW and Japamburg to gain insights into strategic customer forecasting by Japan’s leading communication agency.
Agenda
1. Opening Words
2. Keynote: „The Era of the Insight to Foresight Pivot“
Speaker: Nina Brit Brando, CEO Carat Germany
3. Moderated Diskussion: „Who will buy your products in the future?“
The media world is changing rapidly – driven by AI, fragmented attention, and cultural differences. Brands face the challenge of designing their messages in such a way that they remain relevant in the future. The dentsu Consumer Vision 2035 shows that consumers expect more personalization, transparency, and cultural sensitivity.
In this discussion, we will examine:
- How brand loyalty is changing in an AI-driven world
- Which cultural differences shape consumer behavior (Germany & Japan)
- How companies can build trust and relevance in a fragmented media landscape
Goal: Together with experts from marketing, research, and business, we will develop perspectives for brand communication in 2035 – and answer the central question: Who will buy your products in the future?
4. Open Networking
