On this special occasion, we are proud to closely cooperate with Japanische Industrie- und Handelsvereinigung Berlin (JIHV Berlin)!

What happens when people come together with openness, curiosity, and a shared international perspective? Japan meets Berlin-Brandenburg (JmBB) is more than a networking event. It is a community in motion – built on the idea that meaningful German-Japanese cooperation starts with personal exchange.

What began as spark of an idea has steadily evolved into a trusted platform for dialogue, visibility, and collaboration. And the upcoming edition marks a significant next step: for the first time, JmBB is organized in cooperation with the Japanische Industrie- und Handelsvereinigung (JIHV Berlin)!

This partnership brings together two complementary strengths:

  • Institutional reach and access: Through JIHV Berlin, the network expands deeper into the Japanese business community in Germany opening doors to established companies, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
  • Community-driven trust and momentum: At the same time, JmBB remains rooted in what made it successful in the first place – people who actively shape the network through openness, continuity, and genuine exchange.

Together, this creates something powerful: A space where institutional strength meets personal connection. It is also a clear signal of trust. Trust in the format, in the people behind it, and in the shared ambition to build an open, transparent, and truly sustainable German-Japanese community in the region.

In a time when global challenges are becoming more complex, strong partnerships don’t emerge from presentations alone. They grow from conversations, trust, and shared experiences.

That is exactly what JmBB creates. And we are looking forward to welcoming you to this special edition of JmBB meets JIHV Berlin.
