DJW member Dr. Rolf Schlunze would like to invite you to the next meeting of DJW Working Group Intercultural.
Our Working Group meeting in Networking Hub is held monthly on every 3rd Friday, also in June. We would like to invite you to think with us about empathy as vehicle for intercultural teamwork.
Silvia Lawrence, who is well experienced in intercultural coaching, will give a kick-off presentation. After Silvia’s input, we discuss with our Working Group members and participating guests the following questions:
- How can we reach empathy in intercultural teams?
- How can I act emphatically and responsible with team members trusted to us?
We are looking forward to the discussion with our members who are aligned with the goal of the DJW to building bridges in network of the German-Japanese Business Association!
