2025 will mark another year of economic and technological transformations. Japan and Germany will play a central role in this process. The DJW Asa no Kai will focus on the urgent implementation of AI regulations and other digital frameworks for European and Japanese companies. A key question for the new year 2025 will be how to harness digital opportunities while navigating the crisis with resilience.

Our supporting member TaylorWessing, represented by Dr. Axel Freiherr von dem Bussche and Professor Dr. Michael Pils, will kick off the exchange at the Asa no Kai with keynote presentations on AI regulations and labor law challenges during crises. They will present practical examples from Japanese companies. During the shared breakfast, there will be time and opportunities for networking.
