Implementing a sales strategy to create additional business from new vendor products at existing and new customers
Experience in leading a Sales team with cross-country responsibility
Expertise in at least one of the following market segments: Industrial, IoT, Automotive, Home Appliances
Strategic line-card enlargement in close cooperation with Product Marketing
Proven track record in Sales or Marketing of Electronic components with medium and big-sized customers
Monitoring business processes to quickly turn them into Design Wins
Motivating and guiding the Sales team being “hungry” for new business and closing deals
Reporting Line: President & CEO
MSc. or BSc. in Electronics or similar discipline; good technical understanding of products, services and solutions
Strategic thinker but at the same time demonstrating hands-on mentality when handling a large account personally
Good English skills, written and spoken; IT knowledge of using SAP, SalesForce and MS products
Global Mindset – ability to adapt and learn from different cultures
Understanding the Japanese Business Culture by either having worked for a Japanese company or having dealt with Japanese Business Partners already in the past
