Our client is the European Subsidiary of a Japanese company from metal industry. For their location in Nürnberg, they are now looking for a motivated employee for the Office Management incl. support in bookkeeping (m/f/d).

Your tasks
In this position you are responsible for the office management (庶務・総務) incl. preparatory bookkeeping:
- Close communication with the Japanese HQ
- Close communication with stakeholders such as the tax advisors and the auditors.
- Support in general administrative tasks (support for the manager and the Japanese expats, office organization, mail management, etc.)
- Invoice creation and confirmation
Anforderungen
- University degree or completed Vocational training
- Experience in working at a company such as in office management (事務関連業務) and/or assistance in bookkeeping is very beneficial, but not mandatory
- Accurate documentation control as well as strong MS Office skills
- Sociable and open-minded personality with the ability to work independently as well as in an international team
- Affinity to numbers and accuracy in handling of numbers

Language skills
- Busines fluent Japanese
- English able to communicate
- Knowledge of German is very welcome, but not mandatory
