Aufgaben
Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement advanced structures in HR and general affairs as well as serving as the communication interface between the headquarter in Germany and the local employees.
• Implementation of new measures as well as the Change-Management in close consultation with the CEO in Japan and the headquarter in Germany
• Performing as “Sparring Partner” for the CEO in Japan, as well as acting as the “Person of Trust” for all the local employees
• Managing HR compliances, hiring processes as well as the human development and education
• Improve processes - by examining departmental work processes, research procedures, administrative procedures, etc.; and by recommending changes where appropriate
• Manage General Affairs – by maintaining office regulations, suggesting im-provement of the work environment, maintaining IT policy
Anforderungen
“Must have”- Skills:
• University degree - focus on HR or Business Administration welcome, but not mandatory
• Ideally experience in working in HR and other business functions

“Nice to have”- Skills:
• Experience working at a German/European subsidiary of a Japanese company or experience in HR at a Japanese subsidiary of an international company
• Supervisory skills and management experience are welcome, but not mandatory

Required languages:
• Japanese and English on a business fluent level
• German welcome, but not required

Further skills:
• Proficient user skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• High communication skills and intercultural competence
• Interest and dedication to act hands-on and shape the Change-Management process
