Aufgaben
General tasks in sales, logistics and administration:
- Support sales manager with their daily business
- Correspondence with customers and logistic companies in Europe
- Order taking (including acceptance, inspection and confirmation of incoming customer orders and the control of time delivery and time payments)
- Tracking shipments and keeping the customer informed about the new deliveries as well as the preparation of delivery
- Keeping track of order status and stock availability
- Supporting the team in general administrative tasks (maintaining / updating database, filing invoices, etc.)
Anforderungen
- Practical experience in sales / logistics assistance or customer support (e.g. internship) advantageous but not necessary: there will be an intensive on-the-job-training

Language skills:
- English: good communication skills
- German and Japanese: advantageous, but not mandatory

- Good MS Office User skills
- Ability to multitask and being a good team player
