Aufgaben
Our customer, a Japanese company in Frankfurt am Main, is now looking for an employee who will take over the management of the general administration:

- Provide administrative support to the Frankfurt branch, including occasional visits to Vienna office for support
- Arrange monthly internal audits at both offices
- Prepare documents in English and Japanese and monitor compliance matters
- Correspondence with the team at the London branch (in English)
- Manage payments process and basic general accounting duties
Anforderungen
- University / college degree or equivalent vocational training
- 1-2 years of working experience in office administration or bookkeeping advantageous, but not required
- very good user skills of MS Office Package
- Languages: Japanese, English, German on a business fluent level
- Affinity to numbers and accuracy in handling of numbers
- Proactive way of working and excellent communication skills
