Aufgaben
•Leading the preparation of the company annual budget and planning followed by revision as well as mid-term planning
•Overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accruals and journal entries are accurate and timely
•Controlling the budget deviation against the original business plan by liaising with Managing Director
•Responsible for managing monthly &/ yearly results within the company
•Monitoring of Team Member(s) responsible for allocation/ acquisition/ maintenance of office resources, company vehicles, workstations/ offices and other resources
•Enabling and Monitoring Administrative Support of other Divisions whenever necessary
•Creation of monthly flash reports with detailed analysis followed by rolling forecasts
•Support of Group CFO during the annual financial audit and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting obligations
•Support of Managing Director during the annual ISO audit
Anforderungen
•Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance management (Accounting & Controlling)
•Strong knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
•Experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit liaison
•Both Japanese and English fluencies are essential for this position.
