Aufgaben
You take care of all relevant supply management data and make sure it is provided on time, accurate, complete, and clearly documented.

You work with supply data from manufacturers and process it according to the company’s high logistics and quality standards for the related orders.

You build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers through regular and reliable communication.

You collaborate across teams and functions, share information within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) community, and involve others to find the best solutions.

You organize your daily tasks efficiently and help ensure smooth and reliable processes.
Anforderungen
You have completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant (or a comparable qualification).

You bring strong practical experience in logistics and supply chain support and sales order activities for at least 5 years.

You keep things moving – from placing purchase orders to making sure deliveries happen on time.
You stay on top of stock levels, delivery dates and everything in between.

You like working closely with suppliers and keeping relationships strong.

You connect the dots across teams to get the best results.

You take ownership and make sure your topics are handled end-to-end.

You’re good at spotting risks early and finding smart solutions.

You know how to keep logistics running smoothly and efficiently.

You handle returns and challenges in a structured and calm way.

You work in a quality-driven way and stick to high standards.

You’re not afraid to tackle issues independently but know when to involve others.

You are business‑fluent in both English and German.

You feel comfortable working in an intercultural environment and are open to Japanese business culture.

You are motivated, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow—both professionally and personally.
