Aufgaben
- Organising/coordinating management meetings, staff meetings, and kick-off events
- Preparing and coordinating presentations, reports, and business planning materials
- Supporting management with reporting and planning processes
- Communicating and coordinating with Europe, Japan HQ, and internal departments
- Preparing and translating materials in English and Japanese
- Coordinating various cross-functional projects and topics
- Supporting process and data standardisation across Europe
- Ensuring structured communication and information flow between Europe and Japan
Anforderungen
- Fluent English and Japanese language skills are mandatory
- Experience in coordination, planning, reporting, or management support
- Strong organisational skills and structured way of working
- Ability to handle confidential information and tight deadlines professionally
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- Experience in an international business environment is an advantage
