Aufgaben
- Check-in of passengers (issue boarding passes, acceptance of luggage, document check)
- Provide assistance to passengers on arrival and departure
- Assist boarding at the gate, provide announcements
- Transit Assistance Service
- Special attendance to passengers, e.g. company VIP, unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers
Anforderungen
- English language
- Japanese language (desired)
- German language (desired)
- experience in service sector (desired)
- experience in passenger/client handling (desired)
- team oriented and flexible
- highly service oriented
- friendly/polite character
Sonstiges
We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at Frankfurt airport from April 2024. Applications from young professionals are welcome. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Germany.
The position will initially be on a 18-month-fixed term contract, with the prospect of permanent employment. Candidates should be willing to work 5 days a week (including weekends) with a total of 5 hrs per day.
