Aufgaben
■Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Robotics Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite support for robot operation and delivering training to customers.
You will directly supervise and direct operators on the use of the robots and communicate with clients to determine their needs and explain complex issues.
Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve any onsite malfunctions/ problems and be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the installation, operational, and maintenance manuals for the robots.
You will also inspect and test robots for maintenance, repairs, and overhauls.
Lastly, you will be responsible for drafting and submitting operational reports.
Anforderungen
■Basic requirements
・3+ years experience in field engineering in mechatronics. Familiar with the technical aspects of machines, equipment, and technology used in robotics (or different) field projects
・Attention to detail
・An excellent problem-solver and be able to manage crises when they arise
・Ability to work in field in various conditions and occasional overtime
・Fluent in English
