Aufgaben
・Sales and distribution of our Products
・Support of existing regular customers
・Building new customer relationships
・Timely recognition of business transactions and support of customers
・Technical customer advice and support primarily online via web and or telephone
・Support and participation in events and trade fairs
Anforderungen
・Electrical, electrotechnical and mechanical knowledge through a completed apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
・PLC knowledge
・Technical field service support
・Strong service orientation, especially in customer service
・Confident handling of the MS Office package
・Good knowledge of spoken and written English, especially in the area of report writing
・Sense of responsibility, communication skills, independent working style, organizational strength and resilience
・Friendly interactions with people and team-oriented work complete your profile
