HR Manager (m/f/d) – Japan

As the head of the Human Resources Department you’ll lead a small team and develop the strategy for all relevant HR issues.
Like: Recruitment, Change Management, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, HR development & trainings and together with Finance Manager Company regulations, compliances and governance process. You’ll also be responsible for problem-solving (conflicts) and headcount planning. You’ll report to the President Japan and dotted line to global HR (German Headquarter).

We will ensure that you will get familiar with procedures and processes of the company. After an intensive training you will be starting your challenging job immediately. We will offer you an adequate compensation and the social security benefits offered in Japan.

After your degree as Master or Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent education, you offer at least 5-7 years operative + management experience in relevant HR roles. You know about the special requirements towards a multi-national company of the Japanese market. Additionally you are able to think strategically and act entrepreneurial. Besides excellent Japanese language skills you also speak English fluently (Business Advanced Level).
