2. What You’ll Do
- You will be given one specific field of industry. You are to develop and maintain relationship with relevant stakeholders of this field including:
1) central/local government entities & academic institutions in Japan,
2) companies in related industry,
3) members of the press
- Sales promotion planning including website maintenance, e-mailing, etc.
- Organize related events: press conference, presentation seminar, etc.
- Customer care with real/online meetings
- Keep abreast with the trends of this industry

２．業務内容
ある特定分野のメッセについて、
- お客様（企業、政府機関・自治体、大学・研究機関等）との出展・来場促進につながる関係構築
-　セールスプロモーションの企画・実施（ウェブサイト管理、ニュースレター・プレスリリース発行等含む）
-　関連する各種イベントの企画実施：記者会見、プレゼンテーションセミナー等
-　担当領域についてつねに学ぶこと：プレスとの関係構築も重要です

4. What We See in Successful Applicant

In addition to the above preferred characteristics, below are the requisites for this position.

- Steadiness & Persistency: messe of this specific industry is one of the most important for MDJ. This annual event has the largest number of exhibitors with many group pavilions. Keeping up with the schedule is very important. You must be careful to dot all the “i”s and cross all the “t”s.
- Strong communication & presentations skills in both Japanese and English
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum 5 Years in business: involvement in sales, marketing or promotion activities is more than welcome
- PC skills in office-used software including outlook/word/excel/powerpoint and adaptability to other systems

- 継続する力：お任せするメッセはMDJ最重要案件の一つです。日本からの参加企業・団体数も多いため、それぞれの事情を理解しながらの全体スケジュール管理が重要です。パニックにならず、着実にこつこつと進めることができる方が向いています。
- 大学卒またはそれ以上
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル
- 実務経験５年以上必須。営業またはマーケティング分野の経験必須とします（展示会・イベント経験は不問）。
- PCスキル（outlook/word/excel/powerpoint）、その他システム・ソフトウェアへの適応力
