事業開発業務も兼任できる方大歓迎 (The person who is eager to carry out further tasks as business development, is very welcome.)

The position holder is expected to be particularly qualified to carry out sales activities as well as take on the function of a communication interface between the European customers and the engineers in Japan and other Asian countries.

Your tasks:

You will receive a very good on-the-job-training with regard the products and the workflow in the company and will be introduced to the tasks described below:

- Project management of running projects with key customers
- Follow up existing customers inquires
- Follow up new customers inquires
- Regular customer visits to discuss ongoing projects or to promote new project opportunities
- Market/Technology/Competitor analysis
- Overall monitoring of project and account related business/sales status
- Planning of sales promotion activities
- Involvement and problem solving in daily operation like delivery issue/claims etc.
- Reporting sales/project status to related departments in Japan
Anforderungen
Languages
• English: Business fluent
• German: Business fluent
• Japanese: good knowledge
(You need Japanese for internal communication in the Düsseldorf of-fice as well as with Japanese HQ, which colleagues can hardly speak English.)

Experience
„Must have“-Skills:
• Experience in sales of B2B-products in general

„Nice to have“-Skills:
• Experience in sales of electric components
• Experience in products customization to customers’ demands
• Marketing knowledge
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001
• Working experience in Japanese company

• Driver’s license
• MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Salesforce
