-Coordination of order processing
-Shipping processing of individual parts (spare parts of industrial components)Contact person for suppliers, customers and internal departments
-Booking of customer orders, issuing of order confirmation, delivery note
-Coordination of logistics management with the forwarder (examination of import and export documents)
-Control over spare parts stocks, perform regular inventory checks
-Creating monthly reports to supervisor

-Commercial education or study (Bachelor)
-First but relevant working experience in above mentioned field
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong result orientation, teamwork and organisational capabilities
-Fluent in Japanese and English language
