Japanese speaking inside sales / customer service (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

• create quotations for customers and relevant internal documents
• order management and order processing
• negotiate sales contracts, general terms and conditions with customers
• support customer and sales team
• maintain customer relationships and help win new customer
• proactively identify opportunities and new project

Your profile:

• several years of working experience as sales officer or sales support, ideally in the ICT industry
• relevant market understanding
• knowledge about IT is not mandatory but you are interested in it
• affinity to numbers
• business fluent Japanese and English skills (written and spoken)
• quick-witted
• self-motivated and driven personality
• good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications (Excel/Word/Power Point)
