Nikolaus Mach‐Hour, DJW member and Managing Director of Japan Consulting Office Germany has been working with Japanese for almost 30 years. He is giving open seminars and in‐house training programs in English, German and Japanese on various topics for members of non‐Japanese and Japanese companies as well as government bodies all over Germany / Europe as well as in Japan.

This article describes the problems of reporting using a case study of a Japanese company in the Netherlands.
