Gestalten Sie die Arbeitsgruppe Intercultural Management mit

The Working Group Intercultural Management discusses cultural approaches with agile DJW members by offering different subjects during their meetings, conducted within the Workspace Intercultural of DJW. Our monthly meetings will be held on every 3rd Wednesday of a month and last one hour. They start with a kick-off presentation, followed by an open question-guided discussion. We provide an extended opportunity for knowledge exchange within our meetings.

Previous meetings addressed trust building in German-Japanese teams. Now, we would like to discuss the creation of cultural synergy and in a later phase the implementation of innovative ideas. Aligned with the wider agenda and interest of our DJW members, we wish to promote competent cultural exchanges. Therefore, we promote the exchange of experiences and helping to create awareness of recent challenges in intercultural workplaces.

Starting the new focus group synergy (timeframe September 2021 to January 2022), we like to invite DJW members discussing with us about intercultural encounters. Those interested can mail to the working group and Dr. Rolf Schlunze (rolf@mangeo.org) by September 1, 2021.
