I support international professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs, turning uncertainty into ownership, overwhelm into focus, and insight into action, globally in English and Japanese and across diverse cultural and professional contexts.

With a background spanning Japan, the UK, and Germany, 15+ years in interior architecture, and 10+ years in coaching, I bring a project-management, visual-mapping, and design-informed perspective to professional development.

国際的な環境で働く方々を対象に、キャリアの転換、リーダーシップ、仕事上のコミュニケーションや意思決定について、英語と日本語でコーチングを行っています。日本、英国、ドイツでの経験を活かし、異なる文化や仕事環境の中で、自分の方向性や役割を考え、行動しながら前に進みたい方をサポートしています。

→ 1:1 キャリア＆リーダーシップ・コーチング — キャリアの方向性、意思決定、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション、仕事上の立ち位置を明確にし、自分の進みたい方向にシフトしていく

→ キャリア転換の支援 — 転職、役割の変化、起業などの節目で、強み・価値観・優先したいことを整理し、次の一歩から長期的なキャリアづくりまで考える

→ 異文化環境での仕事の支援 — 異なる文化や仕事の習慣の中で生じるコミュニケーションや期待の違いを整理し、自分らしく、効果的に働くための方法をつくる

日本、英国、ドイツでの経験に加え、インテリア・アーキテクチャ分野で15年以上、コーチングで10年以上・1,000時間以上の経験があります。プロジェクトマネジメント、ビジュアル・マッピング、デザインの視点を活かし、複雑な状況を整理し、考えを具体化することを得意としています。
