Sie arbeitet für Immobilienentwickler, Wohnungsbaugesellschaften, Städte und Quartiersmanagements und begleitet Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Werk. Ihr Leistungsspektrum umfasst Konzeption, Künstler:innen-Vermittlung, Motiventwicklung, Budgetierung, Genehmigungen, Produktion und Kommunikation.

Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordiniert Susanne Moisan Auftraggeber, Künstler:innen, Behörden und lokale Akteur:innen. So entsteht ein klar gesteuerter Prozess, der zugleich Raum für kreative Freiheit lässt.

Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Beteiligung von Menschen vor Ort. Durch die Einbindung von Anwohner:innen, Jugendlichen, Schulen und lokalen Initiativen entstehen Projekte, die Identifikation und Stolz fördern und die Verbindung zum eigenen Quartier stärken.

Susanne Moisan develops and delivers urban art projects that do more than enhance properties and neighbourhoods visually. Her work makes identity, purpose and a sense of community visible.

She works with property developers, housing associations, municipalities and neighbourhood management organisations, supporting projects from the initial idea through to the completed artwork. Her services include concept development, artist selection and coordination, visual development, budgeting, permits, production and communications.

As the central point of contact, Susanne Moisan coordinates clients, artists, public authorities and local stakeholders. This creates a clearly managed process while allowing space for creative freedom.

A particular focus of her work is the involvement of local communities. By engaging residents, young people, schools and local initiatives, her projects foster identification, pride and a stronger connection to the neighbourhood.
