Christoph is Managing Partner at 'frankfurter gruppe | corporate devopment' with 20yrs+ experience in complex, cross-border and cross-culture change projects, i.e., Post-Merger Integration and Transformation projects.

Before consulting, he was working in the press manufacturing industry with positions in Business Development and as Managing Director in Germany and in the UK with a focus on M&A, large-scale reorganizations and process optimizations.

Christoph worked and studied 4 yrs. in Tokyo, Japan (B.A. Sophia Univ.). He received his M.A. from Heidelberg Univ., Ph.D. from Duisburg Univ. and his M.B.A. from Steinbeis University.

He has additional qualifications as certified systemic consultant for change management, mediator for teams and organizations, design thinking and lean change management expert.
