Aufgaben
The position is a new position in order to empower sales force.
Reporting directly to General Manager of the German Branch, the position holder will have following tasks:

- Observe market and gathering market information in order to generate marketing strategy
- Establish marketing strategy and implementation of it
- Take over the active customers in the defined area and maintain the good relationship with customer
- Find and develop new potential customers in the defined area
- Visit and follow up potential customers in the defined area regularly
- Make efforts to convert potential customers into actual customers and establish customer database
- Responsibility of pricing and quotation to customers
- Key projects monitoring and pursuance
- Fulfil sales budget, follow up payment status
- Follow up customer complaints, assist customer service and fulfil improvements programs
- Develop new projects in a joined approach with the technical engineers and the potential customers
- Finish all the other works appointed by General Manager
Anforderungen
- Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Business Administration
- Business experience in Automotive and/or Chemical industry
- Business experience as Sales Engineer
- Mobility: about 50% business trip
- PC knowledge: Microsoft Office
- Language skills: English (business fluent), German (business fluent), Japanese (business fluent)
