products, solutions and services for more than 30 market segments, is looking for a MANAGER TRANSFER PRICING - JAPAN BUSINESS (M/W)

Your tasks
• Perform, manage and coordinate multi-country Transfer Pricing projects with a focus on our Japanese business activities
• Assist group companies in the design and preparation of BEPS conforming Transfer Pricing documentation
• Conduct challenging and complex functional, economic and value chain analysis
• Defend Transfer Prices in international tax audits
• Develop and implement IT-based Operational Transfer Pricing concepts to help group companies to integrate their Transfer Pricing policies within day-to-day operations and to improve their intercompany accounting
• Assist group companies with the development of intercompany agreements
• Offer assistance with regard to the attribution of profits to permanent establishments and their taxation
Anforderungen
• Bachelor or master's degree in accounting, economics, business or law
• At least three years' experience in an inhouse tax department or an international consulting firm
• Intercultural skills, especially East Asian - Japanese - and prior experience with businesses of this region are preferred
• Fluent English skills; Japanese language skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• High affinity in numbers and information technology, strong analytical skills
• Ability to balance multiple and changing priorities while maintaining excellent organizational skills
• Strong team player with interest in developing strong relationships across the business
• Willingness to travel
