We are a supplier for the Automotive industry with our headquarter located in Japan.
Sales, marketing and engineering operations in Europe are handled by our Düsseldorf branch.
Due to our business expansion we are looking for qualified part-time staff to support our local Sales team.
Your main tasks comprises the following:
• General administrative duties
• Data input (e.g. orders, price offers)
• Document handling (organizing and filiing)
You are well organized, respect deadlines and get your job done in due diligence.
Also, you are reliable and interested in a long-term perspective (> 12 months).Required skills are as follows:
• Good skills in MS Office
• Very good verbal and written skills in German and English language; Japanese is a welcome addition
• Willingness to work in customer driven environments as part of an international team
• Talent to organize your work and keep track of open tasks
