Sales Manager West Japan
The role of the Regional Sales Responsible West Japan is to develop and maintain the OEM and wholesale business in domestic Japan market for our company´s compressors, condensing units, spare parts and oil. This includes introduction, techno-commercial consultations, preparing quotations and providing service and after-sales support whenever needed, e.g. in claim cases. In regards to business development, he needs to do acquisition of and follow up on contacts made with prospective customers. Communication in English with colleagues in the head office and entities worldwide is requisite to success. Further tasks not mentioned herein may arise as required.
Current Sales Mgr. (East): Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto Koshinetsu, Chubu areas
New Sales Mgr. (West): Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu areas (exceptions may apply in onboarding phase)
Native-level Japanese and business-level English language proficiency w/ TOEIC >700 points or at least the full capability to read and write in English. Technical college education preferably in Thermal or Mechanical Engineering and more than 10 years of work experience in technical sales, with more than 5 years in Heating, Air-Conditioning or Refrigeration applications. Onboarding training will be provided

An open, positive thinking, collaborative and communicative character is an asset. He should be pro-active, self-motivated and eager to succeed with the will to learn and adapt to what is required.
