Keen observer, learner and strategic thinker with an international background, looking for a position/project to support people in transitioning across cultural boundaries.
As an outgoing person who enjoys communicating with people not only from all walks of life but from different regions of the world, I am looking for a position or project that focuses on transitioning people across international and indeed cultural boundaries. This can be a project/position - part-time or full-time – where my talents could support Japanese and German companies/organisations transition people internationally.
I am fascinated by the unique qualities in people and am both a keen observer and an open-minded concentrated listener. I am strategic and love to see patterns where others might see complexity. While I have a need to analyse situations, I also have a very high need for focus and achievement. And last but not least, I am a learner.
