拝啓 時下ますますご清栄のこととお喜び申し上げます。
さて、この度当 事務所では、DJW（日独産業協力推進委員会）のご後援を得て、また東京の渥美総合法律事務所・外国法共同事業（日本の国内系の法律事務所として初めて、外国系法律事務所との合弁ではない形での外国法 共同事業を開始し、ドイツデスクを有しております。）との共催にて、在独日系企業の皆様を対象に下記のセミナーを開催致します。不況下においては、コンプ ライアンスの強化や人員整理を進めることもさることながら、積極的に企業再編を行っていくことも重要であろうかと存じます。このような観点から、日本法の 弁護士及びドイツ法の弁護士により、日系企業の皆様がドイツにて企業活動を進めていく上で

Luther is pleased to announce to hold a seminar for Japanese companies active in Germany co-hosting with Atsumi and Partners, a major law firm in Tokyo with a German Desk and the first Japanese law firm to create a foreign law joint venture, and kindly supported by the German-Japanese Industrial Cooperation Committee (DJW).

In the current recession, it is important for an enterprise to enhance legal compliance and adjust its workforce, as well as to reorganize corporate structure. From these perspectives, we will explain some points that may be of particular interest to Japanese companies doing business in Germany, as well as updated information on German laws.
