Aufgaben/ 業務内容:

A recruiting company is looking for a Sales Coordinator (m/f) on behalf of a client. The client is the German Subsidiary of a Japanese Electronics component manufacturer. Their products, which encompass all kinds of electronic circuits, are widely used in mobile phones and communication satellites, among many other electronic products. In Europe, the company sells it goods primarily to Customers from the Automotive Industry (70%) and other industries such as manufacturers of industrial machinery (30%). 

The Company wants to strengthen its Sales department at the German Subsidiary with an additional Sales Coordinator.
Tasks: Overall strengthening of the Sales department by means of a careful and precise approach to the sales related work and increasing the added value

In the beginning:

  • integration into the sales team
  • Getting acquainted with all responsibilities of a Sales Assistant (such as the Sales process, order processing, deliveries, logistics, customer care etc.)
Further responsibilities:
  • General strengthening of the internal Sales structure
  • Swift and timely response to Customer needs, regarding e.g. product samples, offers and complaints
  • Coordination of internal communication between the German Subsidiary and the Japanese head office, as well as production entities in Japan, China and Indonesia
  • Regular preparation of Sales reports (weekly, monthly and yearly) according to the requests of the head office in Japan and in close cooperation with the production entitie
  • Control and coordinating work of the consignment stocks
  • Participation, as part of the sales team, in other sales and marketing related activities 

Anforderungen/ 資格:

  • University degree or equivalent vocational training
  • Professional experience in a Sales position is extremely advantageous (Sales, Sales Assistant, Customer Management, Logistics etc.)
  • Being experienced in Sales is an advantage. However, the Company is also willing to educate their employees and is favoring long term employment. 
-> University Graduates are also welcome, granted that they are highly motivated

  • English: Business fluent
  • Japanese: knowledge is highly advantageous
  • German: general ability to communicate in an office environment
Personal skills
  • Strong intercultural communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in close cooperation with a team
  • Ambitious and patient with regard to attaining company targets
  • Loyal identification with the employing company
